Members may also be asked to provide information for the betterment of operations. Information may be requested as follows: (1) Testimonials; (2) Hotel Preferences; (3) Dietary Restrictions
The Liberian Collective collects personal information from those individuals applying for employment or volunteer positions. Information is used to verify identity, assess candidacy, and confirm suitability for the position. Applicants may be asked for necessary information to fulfill requirements for a background check and employment screening.

Failure to provide requested personal information may result in our inability to that we to provide services you have requested, which may mean you won't be able to participate in our events and experiences, shop and purchase items on our site, or sign up for our mailing list. If you have paid a deposit and later refuse to provide necessary personal information to The Liberian Collective which The Liberian Collective (or our partners and suppliers) require to deliver the service for which the deposit was paid (for example, for a flight which requires passport information), you may not be entitled to a refund for that service.

This information is provided by you or on your behalf by someone you have authorized to make or inquire about a booking. We obtain consent by:

• Third party consent (i.e. from your travel agent, or the passenger booking on your behalf to whom you have provided your personal information for such purpose).

We respect your privacy. The security and integrity of your personal information is a top priority for us. All personal information is stored in secure databases at secure addresses to prevent unauthorized access. Passwords, encryption devices and firewalls protect these databases. While data submissions can not be fully guaranteed or ensured over the Internet, we do our best to protect your information.
Access to your personal and private information is limited to: authorized staff, of The Liberian Collective, and any of the third-party partners who require your information to provide the travel or other services you have requested (such as the airlines, transportation services, hotels, excursions providers, and tour guides who deliver the services you purchase through The Liberian Collective or that we arrange on your behalf).
